Harvest Feast Evening

Whether you have a demanding job, business or demanding children, everyone needs to take a break, let their hair down and have a night out. Come together with like-minded people for a fun night out in one of Riga’s newest cocktail lounges. Whatever your favourite cocktail or tipple, Churchills has it covered (you don’t have to like cocktails). We have reserved an area exclusively for Connecting Foreigners, so whether you are coming with friends or wanting to meet new people, join us for a friendly chat and laugh in relaxing surroundings. 

We will meet at Latvian Traditional Restaurant „Tavern”Torna Street 4-2C
September and October are months of harvest.In this case we chose a special Latvian restaurant with Latvian traditional food and atmosphere where you can testing all what was harvest this year...harvest feast is time of abundance ,joy and happiness.

Tavern on the ancient Amber Way is located in the longest building of Old Riga – Jacob`s barracks – Torņa Street 4 – 2C. In this house there have always lived soldiers so don`t be surprised if you hear steps or love whispers... If you don`t believe us, stay till midnight!
As in old times you`re able to taste Latvian pies, black bread, honey, beer and many other Latvian traditional dishes and drinks which haven`t changed during centuries. 
„Tavern” stands out with its cosy old style atmosphere and live Latvian music – Latvian instrument - "kokle", bagpipes, accordion, violin… Candle lights are the only lightning...


Meting Time: 19.:30 – there is no finish time, so feel free to join us for as long or little as you like.
